Can certificates
be replaced? |

Yes, you can claim a replacement
certificate as long as the exam was no longer
than 6 years ago as our records are kept for
6 years only. You will have to contact your
training centre to make a claim on your behalf.
Your centre will be invoiced by LCCI. You
will then be charged a fee in your local currency
by your centre. |

a) If you are a registered LCCI
training centre, a variety of support materials
including model answers, sample papers etc.
are available from our local LCCI offices.
Please contact your local office for more

contact your training centre for support materials
or you may purchase them from a local LCCI
office near you. |

How can
I offer LCCI courses? |

You can become a registered
LCCI centre which entitles you to offer
any of our qualifications. Our training
centres are supported with a variety of
academic and marketing materials.

Where can
I study for an LCCI course? |

You may study for an LCCI
course at any of our Registered Training
Centres. Please contact your local LCCI
office to find the LCCI training centre
nearest to you.
Students may also study for an LCCI course
as a private candidate and you may purchase
all the necessary academic materials from
our local offices. |

When are
the LCCI examinations available? |

There are two types of examinations,
Series and On Demand examinations.
Series examinations
These exams are available three times a
year and are strictly timetabled. They are
usuallyin the months of April, June, and

On-demand exams
Some LCCI exams are available as
On Demand exams enabling you to take the exam
at any time of the year. These exams need
to be requested by Registered Training Centres
with a minimum number of students. |

How do I
register for the examinations? |

Students studying at LCCI Registered
Training Centres must register through their
centres. However if you are a private candidate,
