LCCI in partnership with the British Council, recently launched its International Qualifications in Bangladesh. Officiating the launching ceremony was Mr.M.A Momen, the President of the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry who gave a frank and informative assessment of the potential and challenges facing Bangladesh’s economy and its workers.

Mr.Richard Sunderland, the Deputy Director of the British Council welcomed LCCI’s entry as it gives Bangladeshi students the opportunity to obtain British skill qualifications which are highly regarded globally for employment and higher education.

Mr.Jeffery Soong, the LCCI Country Manager for Bangladesh, gave a presentation on LCCI’s qualifications to the invited guests who included private colleges, universities and the media. He emphasised the fact that LCCI is seeking qualified local training centres for its qualifications, whose examinations in Bangladesh will be administered by the British Council.
