IT Qualifications
Practical Computing
: Levels 1 -3
These qualifications are ideal for candidates
who wish to acquire basic to advanced practical
IT skills for modern business. At each level,
candidates are required to demonstrate competence
in a minimum of two applications from a choice
of word processing, spreadsheets, databases and
presentation graphics.
Using the Internet
: Level 1
The aim of this qualification is to test the
candidate's ability to demonstrate a basic knowledge
and understanding of the internet and it's application
to business. Candidates must be able to use email
and browser software and carry out commercial
transactions on the World Wide Web.
