Diploma in Marketing
Passes required in three Level 3 subjects within a 24 month period: Subjects must include Marketing and two other related subjects.

Group Diploma in Marketing

To acheive a Group Diploma candidates must pass three subjects within 3 months of the first exam. Options include: Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Selling and Sales Management.
Marketing is compulsory.

Marketing and Customer Service Qualifications

Introductory Certificate in Marketing

This qualification has been developed to provide an introduction to general marketing principles at a foundation level and provide a first-step learning provision for the marketing sector. The qualification enables candidates to understand marketing principles, marketing as a business function and the basic techniques used in the marketing of products and services.

Marketing : Levels 2 - 3

These qualifications offer a broad overview of the subject and the role of the marketing professional. Main topics tested include marketing implementation, strategies and tactics, international marketing, the internet, market research, analysis and decision making.

Advertising : Level 3

The aim of this qualification is to test a candidate's knowledge and understanding of the key areas associated with advertising, including developing relevant advertising messages, delivery of messages to relevant audiences, production of material and the appropriate laws and codes of practice.

Customer Service : Levels 2 - 3

These qualifications test a candidate's knowledge of the key elements of good customer service and the systems and procedures that enhance delivery of reliable and effective service. Candidates are required to demonstrate an understanding of personal behaviours that enhance service through realistic situations.

Public Relations : Level 3

This qualification is intended for those who wish to acquire a background of the core activities found in both public relations consultancy and in-house departments. Candidates are tested on methods, techniques, channels of communication and media relations.

Selling and Sales Management : Level 3

This qualification is designed for people working in sales or wishing to work in sales management. The qualification tests a candidate's knowledge and understanding of the key selling techniques and management of the entire sales process.
